Certified Specialist of Wine
Joyce has over 18 years experience in the wine and food industry, as wine steward for a top Kansas City restaurant, Fedora Cafe, which led to her position as wine manager for Gilbert Robinson Restaurants nationally. She developed beverage programs for 35 specialty restaurants such as Bristol Bar & Grill, Fedora, Plaza III, Lily's and Crickets, and consulted on Houlihans.
Joyce then ventured into the wholesale wine realm, where she handled key accounts as a sales representative for two fine wine only distributors, Wines & Spirits Specialties, and Griesedieck Imports. A Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators, she now handles logistics for domestic and imported wines for Premier Cru Wine Company, in Kansas City and St.Louis.
