Program Chair of Horticulture and Viticulture
Randall has worked with the Mid-American Wine Competition since its beginning. He currently serves as Coordinator for the Competition.
Randall teaches horticulture and viticulture courses at DMACC. Through his career and education, Randall has worked with vineyards throughout the Midwest and has given viticulture presentations throughout the Midwest and beyond.
He has a B.A. in Agriculture: Plant Science from Dordt College, an M.S. in Horticulture from Michigan State University, and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Iowa State University, where he worked in viticulture.
